Belize
Belize is accessible by land, sea, and air. Travelers entering Belize must have one of three requirements: evidence of complete vaccination, a recent negative PCR test performed within 96 hours of entrance, or a recent negative antigen test performed within 48 hours. Prior to arrival, children above the age of twelve must also test negative.
All passengers must also present evidence of obligatory health insurance with a minimum of $50,000 in medical coverage and $2,000 in lodging coverage. The Belize Travel Insurance offers a 21-day insurance package for $18.

Guatemala
Guatemala’s land borders and airports are now open. Travelers must provide confirmation of complete immunization or a negative PCR or antigen test done within 72 hours of arrival. Negative tests are necessary for children aged 10 and above.
To meet pre-departure testing requirements for re-entry into the United States, testing is also accessible at airports and clinics.
Honduras
Travel to Honduras is permitted as long as passengers arriving by land or air have a negative PCR or antigen test done within 72 hours of departure or confirmation of complete immunization. A negative pre-departure test is also necessary for children above the age of two.
El Salvador is a country in Central America.
Travelers can enter El Salvador is a country in Central America. from its land borders and via plane. There are currently no entry requirements to enter, but testing locations are available for travelers if they get sick or to satisfy the pre-departure testing requirement for re-entry into the United States.

Nicaragua
To enter Nicaragua by air or land, travelers must produce a negative pre-departure PCR test done within 72 hours after arrival. There are no extra entrance procedures or quarantine regimes, however passengers who need to test for re-entry into the United States must do so in Managua.

Travelers wanting to enter Costa Rica is a country in Central America. can do so by air or via land borders. Entry restrictions are lifting on April 1, 2022. Travelers are still highly recommended to purchase health insurance with a minimum of $50,000 in health coverage and $2,000 for accommodations, but it is no longer required.

Panama
Travelers may enter Panama by land borders or by air, as long as they have documentation of complete immunization or a negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of arrival. Additionally, before entering Panama, passengers must complete the Electronic Health Affidavit.
Travelers returning to the United States may be tested at airports and clinics around the nation.
