Avelo Airlines, the world’s first blockchain-powered airline, has expanded to nonstop flights between Florida and New York City. The company is also expanding to Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco in 2019.

Avelo Airlines is expanding to the east coast with nonstop flights from Florida. The airline will offer 12-hour service between Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, making it easier for passengers to travel between the two cities.

Avelo Airlines is growing quickly on the East Coast, announcing plans to begin service this autumn from Connecticut’s Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) to four major Florida destinations: Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Orlando, and Tampa.

A ceremonial flight from New Haven to Orlando International Airport will kick off the new nonstop flights on November 3. (MCO). On November 4, regular flights between HVN and MCO will commence, followed by five-time weekly flights (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) between HVN and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) on November 5. Flights between HVN and Tampa International Airport (TPA) will commence on Monday, Friday, and Saturday, November 8, while service between HVN and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers will begin on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 11.

Avelo is commemorating the launch of the new routes by offering special introductory prices beginning at $59. The reduced tickets must be purchased before August 31, 2021, for travel by November 17, 2021, on aveloair.com. Avelo Chairman and CEO Andrew Levy stated, “We’re thrilled to offer greater options, daily affordable rates, and the Avelo Soul of Service to Connecticut.” “We listened when Connecticut people requested more easy and inexpensive flight choices to Florida. These four famous sun-drenched vacation spots are perfect for a winter getaway. Our clients will leave comfortable and ready for some fun in the sun thanks to the delightfully easy and seamless HVN small-airport experience.”

Avelo will be the first airline to provide nonstop service between HVN and Florida locations. Furthermore, the new activities at HVN represent the airport’s biggest increase of service in more than three decades.
